An LED strip under a canopy sometimes needs a supply that withstands moisture. This 30W water-resistant IP67 supply delivers 12V and has an aluminium housing. It is a fixed-wire driver, not a plug-in adapter.

Powering a small outdoor light run
Consider a lit edge below a sheltered roof or a water-resistant strip near the house. The IP67 rating applies to the supply itself. Cable connections between the 230V mains, driver and strip must be made separately waterproof. Use an installer for fixed mains work if unsure.
Why choose 30W for 12V?
Connect only a 12V strip and add up the consumption of all sections. A combined load up to approximately 24W retains the recommended margin. For higher power, choose a larger water-resistant supply.
