We ship orders daily and work with reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL, DPD, UPS, and FedEx. The chosen carrier depends on size, weight, and destination to ensure each shipment is delivered carefully.

Delivery time
For deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium, the average delivery time is 1 to 3 working days. Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible.
For payment via bank transfer, the order is processed once payment is received. Allow 1 to 3 working days processing time.
Weekend orders
Orders shipped on Friday are often delivered on Saturday. If this is not possible, delivery usually takes place on Monday.
Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are shipped on the next working day.
Delivery time and track and trace
Most carriers deliver between 08:00 and 21:00. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a track and trace link.
Were you not home? Depending on the carrier, the package will be delivered to neighbors, re-offered, or brought to a pick-up point.
