We find delivering quality very important and do everything to ensure the quality of our products. However, it may happen that you want to cancel your purchase. No problem! You can register a return within 14 days of receiving your order. In addition, all our products have a warranty period of 2 years. Below you can read all about the return procedure.
- Report your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Enter the reason for your return, this is not obligatory but helps us greatly to prevent unnecessary returns in the future and to improve our service.
- Please return the product in original condition without damage to the return address below. Please note that use of the product may cause (slight) damage. When receiving a damaged return, we may charge a depreciation. This can be up to 100% of the paid cost.
- Pack the product well in a box to prevent damage during transport.
- Do not put (return) stickers or tape and do not write any text on the original product packaging.
- You pay the return costs yourself, this is an important rule to avoid unnecessary returns and also to minimize the sustainability and emissions of an order. If you are unsure about your purchase please feel free to contact us, our LED specialists will be happy to help you find the right product.
- There are a few exceptions where we take care of the return costs ourselves. Among others when you receive a defective product.
- We will refund you as soon as possible once we have received your return. This can be up to 14 days after receipt.
- You have received a different product or your order is incomplete. Upon receipt, always check that the shipment is complete and correct. If an incorrect product was delivered or a product is missing, please report this to customer service. We will then make sure to correct our mistake as soon as possible.
- Oops! You have received a defective or damaged product. If you have received a defective product, please follow our warranty procedure.

Our Warranty Procedure
If you have received a defective product or the product becomes defective without characteristics of intent or improper handling, you can register the product for return here. You do not have to return the products until you have received instructions from us to do so.
In case of warranty, the return costs are at our expense. You can receive the same product again, choose a similar product or get a full refund.
If problems are entirely or partially the result of improper/ careless use and/or installation or if the problem is due to external causes, the warranty no longer applies. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
