Ordering & Payment

I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email

It is possible that an incorrect or invalid email address was entered. If that is the case, we cannot send emails to the correct address. Please contact our customer service to provide the correct email address.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value. However, you pay the shipping costs yourself for orders up to €75.

Why do I receive a payment reminder?

You receive an automatic payment reminder when your payment has not been completed successfully. If you selected Klarna as payment method, please check your Klarna account to see if the payment was successful. For more information about the payment status, you can contact our customer service.

Why was my iDeal payment not completed successfully?

There may be an iDeal disruption at your bank. To verify this, you can click the link below: https://availability.ideal.nl/. You will be redirected to an external iDeal website. On this page, you will find a clear overview of the status of all banks. If a green checkmark appears next to your bank, there is no disruption and your iDeal payment failed for other reasons. In that case, please contact our customer service.

Why can’t I pay with Klarna?

  1. To pay afterwards with Klarna, you need a verified Klarna account. It is possible that Klarna does not accept the amount you are trying to pay. Please contact Klarna for this.
  2. There is a €200 limit on paying afterwards with Klarna. If you want to pay for an order over €200 afterwards, please contact our sales department.

Currently, we deliver to all countries within the EU.

What is the average delivery time?

Average delivery time is 1-3 working days.

There are exceptions for certain products and product groups.

Returns & Cancellations

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, with any protection still intact, and in the original packaging.

How long does it take to get my money back?

Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days after receiving the return.
