Order processing
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process it properly. We may provide your personal data to our delivery service to deliver the order to you. We also receive payment information from your bank or credit card company.
For this, we use your email address, phone number, billing address, name and address details, and payment details. We do this based on your consent. We keep this information until your order is completed. Certain customer data is kept longer due to legal fiscal retention obligations.

Your account
For certain parts of our webshop, you must register first. You then provide information about yourself and choose a username. We create an account with which you can log in using that username and a self-chosen password.
For this, we use your email address, IP address, name and address details, billing address, and phone number. We do this based on your consent. We keep this information for up to three months after you have closed the account.
We keep this information so you do not have to fill it in repeatedly and so we can contact you regarding the execution of the agreement. You can adjust information via your account whenever you want.

Contact form and Newsletter
You can ask us questions or make requests via the contact form.
For this, we use your name and address details, phone number, and email address. We do this based on your consent. We keep this information until we are sure you are satisfied with our response.
We offer a newsletter to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Every newsletter contains a link to unsubscribe. You can also unsubscribe via your account.
Your email address is automatically added to the subscriber list. This data is kept for up to three months after you have canceled the subscription.

Statistics and profiling
We keep statistics about the use of our webshop. With these statistics, we improve our webshop to show only relevant information, for example. We may combine your personal data to learn more about you. Of course, we will always respect your privacy. If you do not want this, you can always notify us.

We keep statistics about the use of our webshop.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our webshop. We have a processing agreement with Google. This contains strict agreements about what they may track. Google Ads Customer Match & Ad Personalization
We use Google Ads "Customer Match" to show personalized advertisements to our customers across Google services (such as Search, YouTube, and Gmail). For this purpose, we may share limited, pseudonymized (hashed) customer data, such as your email address or phone number, with Google.
This data is shared with Google acting as a data processor on our behalf. Google uses this information solely to match your data with existing Google accounts and to ensure our advertising campaigns comply with Google’s policies. Google does not use this data to build or enhance profiles of our customers for its own purposes.
