Please note that standard dimmers are not suitable for LED lamps and may not deliver the desired results. With our LED Push Dimmer, you can smoothly and accurately control the brightness of your LED lamps, allowing you to save energy while also enjoying a longer lifespan for your lamps.
Wireless Dimming
Discover the ultimate convenience of wireless dimming. With the optional wireless dimming control, you can manage your lighting without having to walk to the on/off switch. Simply use a compatible RF 2.4 GHz dimming remote control for LED lamps. The dimmer has a range of 30 meters.
Whether it's about creating the perfect ambiance in your living space or adjusting the light level in a professional environment, our wireless dimming option offers unparalleled flexibility. Even better, multiple dimmers can be easily connected and operated with just one remote control. Simplify your light management and maximize your comfort with our LED Push Dimmer and the optional wireless control.
Trailing-edge or Leading-edge Dimming
This LED push dimmer with trailing-edge or leading-edge dimming is a type of dimmer that can be used to control the brightness of LED lamps via a push button or wirelessly with an RF remote control. The dimmer has a dip switch that allows you to choose whether to use trailing-edge or leading-edge dimming.
- Trailing-edge is the most common method for dimming LED lamps. In trailing-edge dimming, the current to the LEDs is gradually reduced by shortening the pulse width. This results in a soft and even dimming.
- Phase-cut dimming is less commonly used but can have advantages in certain situations. In phase-cut dimming, the current to the LEDs is gradually increased by widening the pulse width. This can result in more controlled dimming and can also help reduce flickering of the lamps.
The choice of whether to use phase-cut or trailing edge dimming depends on your personal preference and the specifications of your LED lamps. If you are unsure which method to use, it is best to consult the instructions for your LED lamps.
Compatible LED lamps
With this dimmer, you can control more than 90% of dimmable LED lamps. They do not need to be smart. They must work on phase-cut (trailing edge).
Suitable brands of LED lamps compatible with this LED dimmer include:
Osram, Sencys (Praxis), IKEA (except Tradfri), Solistech, Philips (except Hue, WarmGlow, and DimTone), Livarno Lux (Lidl), Megaman, and of course the LED lighting from LEDWINKEL-Online
These lamps are not compatible
Pharox, Calex E14 and Gold series, Handson, Smart lighting such as: Hue LED lamps/Tradfri LED lamps.
If you are unsure whether your lamp works on phase-cut and whether it can be controlled with the smart LED dimmer, you can always contact the manufacturer. If they do not know either, you can contact us, and we will look into it for you.
Note
When calculating the maximum number of lamps or drivers, the parameters for the input power or input current of one lamp or driver must be used. The parameters for the output power cannot be used.
Furthermore, the maximum peak current of the dimmer is 65A. The sum of the peak current of multiple dimmable LED drivers must not exceed 2 times 65A, or 130A. Otherwise, the product will be overloaded and damaged.
