Ordering and Payment
In our webshop, you can pay safely and easily via various payment methods. Below you will find an overview of the available options, ranked by usage and relevance for Dutch customers.
Paying with iDEAL
With iDEAL, you pay securely, safely, and directly via your own bank. You complete the payment in your bank’s trusted internet banking environment. iDEAL is available for customers of ING, Rabobank, ABN AMRO, SNS, ASN Bank, Triodos, and Van Lanschot, among others.
Pay afterwards or order on account
For business customers and larger orders, we offer the possibility to pay afterwards.
- For a first order, we request a down payment of at least 50%.
- The remaining amount must be paid within 14 days.
- For returning customers, payment within 30 days is possible.

Pay afterwards with Klarna
With Klarna, you can pay for your order afterwards. Klarna assesses per order whether paying afterwards is possible. Payment details are sent directly by Klarna and can also be found in the Klarna app.
If payment is made on time, Klarna does not charge interest or extra costs to the consumer. The available order amount may vary per customer and per order and is determined by Klarna.
If paying afterwards via Klarna is not available or you want to place a larger order on account, please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
Paying with PayPal
If you choose PayPal, you will be redirected to your PayPal account during checkout. After confirmation, your order is processed immediately.
Refunds on returns
For returns, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account. You can set in PayPal whether the amount is transferred to your bank account.
Order cancellation
In case of order cancellation, the full amount will be refunded via PayPal.
Paying with Apple Pay and Google Pay
With Apple Pay and Google Pay, you can pay quickly and securely via your smartphone, tablet, or computer. Your payment is processed immediately.
Paying with credit card
You can pay with Visa and Mastercard. The payment is processed immediately and your order is handled right away.
International payment methods
For customers from other countries, we offer additional payment methods:
- Bancontact and Belfius – widely used in Belgium
- SEPA bank transfer – European bank transfer
- Cartes Bancaires – common in France
- Giropay – popular in Germany
- Bancomat – used in Italy
Paying via bank transfer
You can also manually transfer the invoice amount. We request payment within 14 days. After receipt of payment, your order will be shipped as soon as possible.
