Ordering and Payment
You can pay in various ways on our webshop. With iDeal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Credit Card, Bancontact/Mister Cash, or via bank transfer.
Ordering on Account
It is possible to order on account. If your order amount is under €200, you can use the option to pay later with Klarna or request a quote. For a first order/new customer, we ask you to pay at least half of the order amount in advance. The remaining amount can be paid within 14 days.
For a second order or a recurring order, it is possible to pay the full amount within 30 days. If a longer payment term is needed, this can also be arranged in consultation.
Paying with iDeal
With iDEAL, you can order and pay in a trusted, safe, and easy way. You check out in your familiar online payment environment based on specific payment methods from your own bank. You can pay securely via iDEAL if you use online banking through ING, ABN AMRO, Rabobank, SNS Bank, SNS Regiobank, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, Deutsche Bank, Triodos, or Van Lanschot Bankiers. Paying via iDEAL works the same way as online banking. You need a bank card and/or identification method.
The iDEAL payments are processed by Mollie.
Paying with PayPal
When you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website during checkout. At the time of confirmation, an authorization will be performed on your PayPal account. After this, your order will be processed immediately. Once you have received your order, the outstanding amount will be credited from your PayPal account. Please note that you agree to PayPal's terms and conditions and thereby accept the PayPal processes.
How does the refund work after a return?
When you return products, the amount will be credited back to your PayPal account. You can indicate in your PayPal account whether you want the refund to be transferred to your bank account. If your PayPal account is closed, we reserve the right to refund the amount to your bank account. Unfortunately, another PayPal account cannot be used.
What if my order is canceled?
In the event of a cancellation, we will refund the purchase amount back to your PayPal account.
Pay later with Klarna
Paying later with Klarna is safe and easy. You can find the payment details of your purchase on the invoice you receive from Klarna. Of course, you can also always look up the payment details by logging into the Klarna App.
There is a maximum order amount of €200 set for paying via Klarna. For paying later with Klarna, you will pay €1 transaction fee.

Paying with a credit card
You also have the option to pay with a Credit Card (VISA & Mastercard).
Paying with Bancontact
Bancontact/Mister Cash is the online payment system developed by the joint banks in Belgium. The banks are Dexia, Fortis, ING, FINTRO, KBC, CBC, AXA bank, and VDK Spaarbank. If you are a customer of the participating banks and use online banking, you can use Bancontact/Mister Cash. Pay for your purchase in a trusted banking environment.
Paying via bank transfer
We kindly ask you to settle the invoice amount within 14 days. Once the payment is received, we will ship the order as soon as possible. You can transfer the amount to the bank account below.

We kindly ask you to mention your invoice number in the payment description when transferring, and to pay each order separately, so that we can clearly trace your payments.

If we have doubts about the creditworthiness of your organization, we may ask you to further identify your business by providing:
A recent extract (not older than 3 weeks) from the Chamber of Commerce
- The VAT number of your business or institution
- Identification of the representative/authorized person
Is your order above €2500 ?
Then you may receive a message from us requesting you to send a Chamber of Commerce extract via email. Please ensure that you clearly mention your order number in the email. Once we have received this information, we will process your order as soon as possible (provided the credit check is also positive).
