Payment methods

Orders and payments

You can pay on our online store in various ways. With iDeal, Apple Pay, Google Pay Paypal, Klarna, Credit Card, Bancontact/Mister Cash or by bank transfer.

Order and pay on credit

It is possible to order on credit. If your order amount is under €200, you can use after-pay with Klarna or request a quote. With a first order / new customers we ask to pay at least half of the order amount. The remaining amount can be paid within 14 days.

With a second order or a recurring order, it is possible to pay the full amount within 30 days. If a longer payment period is required, this is also possible by mutual agreement.

Payment with iDeal

With iDEAL you can order and pay safely and with ease. You pay in your familiar Internet payment environment based on specific payment methods of your own bank. You can safely pay via iDEAL if you use online banking with ING, ABN AMRO, Rabobank, SNS Bank, SNS Regiobank, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, Deutsche Bank, Triodos or Van Lanschot Bankiers. Paying via iDEAL is done in the same way as online banking. You need a bank card and/or method of identification.

iDEAL payments are carried out by Shopify-Payments.

Pay by PayPal

When you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website during checkout. At the time of confirmation, an authorization will be performed from your PayPal account. After this, your order will be processed immediately. Once you have received your order, the outstanding amount will be credited to your PayPal account. Please note that you agree to the PayPal terms and conditions and thereby accept the PayPal processes.

How does the refund work after a return?

When you return products, the amount will be credited back to your PayPal account. You can specify in your PayPal account whether you want the refund to be transferred to your bank account. If you PayPal account is closed, we reserve the right to transfer the amount back to your bank account. Unfortunately, another PayPal account cannot be used.

What if my order is cancelled?

In case of a cancellation, we will refund the purchase amount back to your PayPal account.

Afterpay with Klarna

Pay afterwards with Klarna is safe and easy. The payment details of your purchase can be found on the invoice you receive from Klarna. Of course, you can also look up the payment details at any time by logging into the Klarna App.

There is a maximum order amount of €200 set for paying via Klarna. For retrospective payment with Klarna you pay € 1 transaction fee.

Pay by credit card

You also have the option to pay with a credit card (VISA & Mastercard).

Pay by Bancontact

Bancontact/ Mister Cash is the online payment system developed by the joint banks in Belgium. The banks are Dexia, Fortis, ING, FINTRO, KBC, CBC, AXA bank and VDK Spaarbank. Are you a customer of the participating banks and do you use internet banking? Then you can use Bancontact / Mister Cash. Pay your purchase in a familiar banking environment.

Pay by bank transfer

Please pay the invoice amount within 14 days. Once payment is received we will send the order as soon as possible. You can transfer the amount to the bank account below.

When transferring, please mention your invoice number in the payment description and pay for each order separately, so that we can clearly trace your payments.

It is also possible to order on account. With a first order / new customer we ask you to pay at least half of the order amount. The remaining amount can be paid within 14 days.

If we have doubts about the creditworthiness of your organization, we may ask you to further identify your company by means of:

A recent extract (not older than 3 weeks) from the Chamber of Commerce

  • The VAT number of your company or institution
  • Legitimation of the representative/authorized person

Is your order over €2500 ?

Then you may receive a message from us requesting you to send us a kvk extract via e-mail. Please make sure that un clearly states your order number in the e-mail. As soon as we receive this information we will process your order as soon as possible (provided that the credit check is also positive).
