Installation

This LED panel is suitable for installation in a suspended ceiling with tiles of 60x60cm. You can also mount it with a surface frame, install it with mounting clips or hang it with a suspension set. A LED driver is included as standard, which is connected directly to the power grid. You can also choose to use a power cord for connecting to a socket.

IP65 Waterproof

This LED panel has an IP65 rating, making it water-resistant and suitable for use in humid environments. Water cannot enter the lamp unless it is sprayed with 100 liters per minute. A faucet provides about 12-16 liters per minute, so it can handle quite a bit but should not be placed underwater.

Lighting per m²

The number of LED panels you need to illuminate your space depends on the height and size of the area.

At a height of approximately 2.7m, this panel illuminates about 8m². If the space is 80m², then 10 panels would be sufficient.

Optional Dimmable

This LED panel is optionally dimmable. If you want to make the panel dimmable, you will need a dimmable LED driver and a 1-10V LED dimmer. These can be ordered separately. A maximum of 17 LED panels can be connected to a 1-10V dimmer.

Edge-lit

The LED chips of an edge-lit panel are spread across the entire surface of the panel. This allows it to be illuminated all the way to the edges of the panel. Due to this distribution, the panel is flat and extra thin, measuring only 9mm. This makes edge-lit LED panels easy to install in surface-mounted frames. Both the outer edge and the back are made of high-quality aluminum, ensuring good heat conduction and distribution.

Light Color

To determine the right light color, it is important to know what the light is for. Below is a description of where the different light colors are most commonly used.

• 3000K has a slightly yellow/orange glow. Ideal for creating a warm, cozy, and calming atmosphere in living rooms, waiting areas, cafés, restaurants, corridors, and other common areas.
• 4000K has a white/yellow glow. Ideal for a well-lit space where good visibility, focus, and a pleasant atmosphere are desired, such as in offices, classrooms, kitchens, hallways, shops, fitting rooms, hair salons, stairwells, or waiting areas.
• 6000K has a white/light blue glow. Ideal for a well-lit space where good visibility and concentration are required, such as in hospitals, laboratories, workshops, studios, and garages.

Advice

If you want to install multiple panels in one room, we recommend ordering them all at once. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that separate orders will have precisely the same light color. Therefore, it is also advisable to order extra reserve panels. We also cannot guarantee that the light from LED panels with the same color temperature, but different sizes, will match 100%. The panels are produced in batches, and the light color may vary slightly between batches, which involves very small color differences.
