Installation

This LED panel is suitable for installation in a suspended ceiling with tiles of 30x120cm. You can also mount it with a surface frame, install it with mounting clips or suspend it with a suspension kit. A LED driver is included as standard, which connects directly to the power grid. You can also choose to use a power cord for connecting to a socket.

Lighting per m²

The number of LED panels you need to light your space depends on the height and size of the area.

At a height of approximately 2.7m, this panel lights up about 8m². If the space is 80m², 10 panels would be sufficient.

Edge-lit

The LED chips of an edge-lit panel are spread across the entire surface of the panel. This allows it to be illuminated all the way to the edges of the panel. Due to this distribution, the panel is flat and extra thin, measuring only 9mm. This makes edge-lit LED panels easy to install in surface-mounted frames. Both the outer edge and the back are made of high-quality aluminum, ensuring good heat conduction and distribution.

Optional Dimmable

This LED panel is optionally dimmable. If you want to make the panel dimmable, you will need a dimmable LED driver and a 1-10V LED dimmer. These can be ordered separately. A single 1-10V dimmer can connect up to 17 LED panels.

Light Color

To determine the right light color, it is important to know the purpose of the light. Below is a description of where the different light colors are most commonly used.

• 3000K has a somewhat yellow/orange glow. Ideal for creating a warm, cozy, and calming atmosphere in living rooms, waiting areas, cafés, restaurants, corridors, and other common spaces.
• 4000K has a white/yellow glow. Ideal for a well-lit space where good visibility, focus, and a pleasant atmosphere are desired, such as in offices, classrooms, kitchens, hallways, shops, fitting rooms, hair salons, stairwells, or waiting areas.
• 6000K has a white/light blue glow. Ideal for a well-lit space where good visibility and concentration are required, such as in hospitals, laboratories, workshops, studios, and garages.

Advice

If you want to use multiple panels in one room, we recommend placing them in one order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that separate orders will have the same light color. Therefore, it is advisable to order extra reserve panels. We also cannot guarantee that the light from LED panels with the same color temperature, but of different sizes, will match 100%. The panels are produced in batches, so the light color may slightly differ from one batch to another; these are very small color differences.
