Installation

This LED TL tube has a one-sided connection (L and N on one side) with an input voltage of 100-240V and is connected directly to the mains. We advise against connecting the TL tubes to another power source, as this can affect and shorten the lifespan of the tubes.

Installing with an LED TL fixture

If you place this LED tube in an LED TL fixture, you can install it directly and connect it to the power grid.

Installing / replacing in a non-LED TL fixture

If you want to connect the LED TL tube in a current / conventional TL fixture, this is also possible; our LED TL tubes can replace traditional TL tubes. However, this often requires an adjustment to the fixture. If you still have a fixture equipped with a conventional starter and want to keep the traditional ballast? Then you can use an LED starter.

Rotatable

This LED tube has an extra rotation mechanism allowing the tube to be rotated in the fixture to adjust the beam angle and aim it specifically.

With this T5 LED TL tube you save up to 50% energy compared to traditional / halogen TL tubes. Due to the low power consumption of 25W with a high light output of 160 lumen/watt, this TL tube is very energy efficient. Light colour

To determine the right light colour, it is important to know what the light is used for. Below is a description of where the different light colours are mostly used.

• 3000K has a somewhat yellow/orange glow. Ideal for a cozy warm homely and relaxing atmosphere in, for example, living rooms, waiting rooms, cafés, restaurants, corridors and other general spaces.
• 4000K has a white/yellow glow. Ideal for a well-lit space where good visibility, focus and a pleasant atmosphere are desired, for example in offices, classrooms, kitchens, hallways, shops, fitting rooms, hair salons, staircases or waiting rooms.
• 6000K has a white/light blue glow. Ideal for a well-lit space where good visibility and concentration are desired, for example in hospitals, laboratories, workshops, studios and garages.
