Installation

This LED tube has a single-sided connection (L and N on one side) with an input voltage of 100-240V and is connected directly to the power grid. We advise against connecting the tubes to any other power source, as this may affect and shorten the lifespan of the tubes.

Installing with an LED tube fixture

If you place this LED tube in a LED TL fixture, you can directly install the tubes and connect the fixture to the power grid.

Installing / replacing in a non-LED tube fixture

If you want to install the RGB MoodWave LED tube in a conventional fixture, it is usually necessary to modify the fixture. This is the case if the fixture is equipped with a conventional ballast and/or a starter.

In this case, both the starter and the ballast can be removed. Then, both power wires (L+N) can be connected directly to one side of the fixture.

The MoodWave tube can then be placed in the fixture with the indicated L+N side facing the connection side.

This is a relatively simple task that you can do yourself, but if you are not familiar with electricity, it is advisable to hire a professional.

Thanks to its low energy consumption of 14W, this LED tube is very energy efficient. By using or switching to LED lighting, you can save significantly on energy costs over the course of a year.

With 30,000 hours of lifespan, this LED tube lasts over 8 years (with daily use of about 10 hours). Traditional lighting lasts about 1,000 hours.

Smart RGB LED Tube

This smart LED tube can be controlled with the Synkitt app via your smartphone. You can control multiple lights at once and set your own scenes. You can also dim the lights.
