Installation

This LED TL tube has a single-ended connection (L and N on one side) with an input voltage of 100-240V and is connected directly to the mains. We advise against connecting the TL tubes to any other power source, as this can affect and shorten the lifespan of the tubes.

Installation with an LED TL fixture

If you place this LED tube in an LED TL fixture, you can install it directly and connect it to the power supply.

Installing/replacing in a non-LED TL fixture

If you want to connect the LED TL tube in a current/conventional TL fixture, this is also possible. Our LED TL tubes can replace traditional TL tubes. However, often an adjustment to the fixture is required. A LED starter is included standard with the LED T8 tube. If you still have a fixture equipped with a conventional starter and want to keep the traditional ballast? Then you can use the included LED starter.

Light color

To determine the right light color, it is important to know what the light is used for. Below is a description of the most common uses for different light colors.

• 3000K has a slightly yellow/orange glow. Ideal for a pleasant warm, homely, and relaxing atmosphere in, for example, living rooms, waiting rooms, cafés, restaurants, corridors, and other general spaces.
• 4000K has a white/yellow glow. Ideal for a well-lit space where good visibility, focus, and a pleasant atmosphere are desired, for example in offices, classrooms, kitchens, corridors, shops, fitting rooms, hair salons, stairwells, or waiting rooms.
• 6000K has a white/light blue glow. Ideal for a well-lit space where good visibility and concentration are desired, for example in hospitals, laboratories, workshops, studios, and garages.
