Installation

These LED panels are suitable for installation in a system ceiling with 30x120cm tiles. A LED driver is included as standard, which is connected directly to the power grid. You can also choose to use a power cord for connection to a socket.

Lighting per m²

How many LED panels you need to illuminate your space depends on the height and size of the space.

At a height of about 2.7m, this panel illuminates approximately 6m². If the space is 60m², 10 panels would be sufficient.

Optionally dimmable

These LED panels are optionally dimmable. If you want to make a panel dimmable, you need a dimmable LED driver and a 1-10V LED dimmer for this. These can be ordered separately. A maximum of 17 LED panels can be connected to one 1-10V dimmer.

Back-lit

Back-lit LED panels are illuminated from the back of the panel. Because the LED chips are mounted on the back, the panel has a thickness of 35mm at the back. The panel has a frame of high-quality aluminium that is 10 mm thick and a back cover of high-quality plastic. Thanks to these materials, the LED panel is very lightweight.

Light color

To determine the right light color, it is important to know what the light is used for. Below is a description of the most common uses for the different light colors.

• 3000K has a somewhat yellow/orange glow. Ideal for a cozy warm homely and relaxing atmosphere in, for example, living rooms, waiting areas, cafés, restaurants, corridors, and other general spaces.
• 4000K has a white/yellow glow. Ideal for a well-lit space where good visibility, focus, and a pleasant atmosphere are desired, for example in offices, classrooms, kitchens, hallways, shops, fitting rooms, hair salons, stairwells, or waiting areas.
• 6000K has a white/light blue glow. Ideal for a well-lit space where good visibility and concentration are desired, for example in hospitals, laboratories, workshops, studios, and garages.

Advice

If you want to place multiple panels in one room, we recommend ordering them at once. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that separate orders will have exactly the same light color. It is therefore also recommended to order extra spare panels. We also cannot guarantee that the light from LED panels with the same color temperature but different sizes will match 100%. The panels are produced in batches; the light color per batch may slightly differ from others, but these are very small color differences.
