Installation

The installation of this recessed spotlight is simple. Always make sure the power is switched off. Connect the driver to the power network and place the spotlight in the hole (The cut-out size for this lamp is 130mm) by pulling down the spring clips; these hold the spotlight firmly in place. Turn on the power, tilt and rotate the spotlight to the desired direction and the power can be switched on again.

Tiltable and rotatable

Because the LED banana spotlight is 90° vertically tiltable and 360° horizontally rotatable, it can be used for many situations. Especially in retail this banana spotlight is very practical because it can not only shine downwards, but can be rotated in many directions to illuminate specific surfaces or objects.

Light color

To determine the right light color, it is important to know what the light is used for. Below is described where the different light colors are most commonly used.

• 3000K has a somewhat yellow/orange glow. Ideal for a cozy warm homely and relaxing atmosphere in, for example, living rooms, waiting rooms, cafés, restaurants, corridors and other general spaces.
• 4000K has a white/yellow glow. Ideal for a well-lit space where good visibility, focus and a pleasant atmosphere are desired, for example in offices, classrooms, kitchens, hallways, shops, fitting rooms, hair salons, stairwells or waiting rooms.
• 6000K has a white/light blue glow. Ideal for a well-lit space where good visibility and concentration are desired, for example in hospitals, laboratories, workshops, studios and garages.
