Installation

This LED panel is suitable for installation in a suspended ceiling with tiles of 30x120cm. You can also mount this LED panel with a surface frame, recess with mounting clips or hang with a hanging set. A LED driver is included, which connects directly to the power grid. You can also choose to use a power cord to connect to an outlet.

IP65 Waterproof

This LED panel has an IP65 rating, making it waterproof and suitable for use in humid areas. No water can enter the lamp unless sprayed with 100 liters per minute. A faucet delivers about 12-16 liters per minute, so it can handle quite a bit but should not be submerged.

Lighting per m²

The number of LED panels you need to illuminate your space depends on the height and size of the room.

At a height of about 2.7m, this panel lights approximately 8m². If the space is 80m², 10 panels would be sufficient.

Edge-lit

The LED chips of an edge-lit panel are spread over the entire surface of the panel. This allows it to be illuminated to the edges of the panel. Due to this distribution, the panel is flat and extra thin at 11.3mm. This makes edge-lit LED panels easy to place in surface frames. Both the outer edge and the back are made of high-quality aluminum. This ensures good conduction and distribution of heat.

Light color

To determine the right light color, it is important to know what the light is for. Below is described where the different light colors are most commonly used.

• 3000K has a somewhat yellow/orange glow. Ideal for a cozy warm and calming atmosphere in living rooms, waiting rooms, cafés, restaurants, hallways, and other common areas.
• 4000K has a white/yellow glow. Ideal for a well-lit space where good visibility, focus, and a pleasant atmosphere are desired, such as in offices, classrooms, kitchens, hallways, shops, fitting rooms, hair salons, stairwells, or waiting rooms.
• 6000K has a white/light blue glow. Ideal for a well-lit space where good visibility and concentration are desired, such as in hospitals, laboratories, workshops, studios, and garages.
