Our Edge-lit LED panels are supplied as standard with a flicker-free LED driver. This ensures optimal light output without flicker. Flicker may be invisible to the naked eye but can still cause headaches, tired eyes and concentration problems.

How does a flicker-free driver work?

A traditional LED driver converts alternating current (AC) into direct current (DC) required by the LEDs. However, this can result in flicker, which is not always visible to the naked eye.

A flicker-free driver uses advanced technology to stabilize the current and eliminate flicker. This ensures a comfortable and healthy light environment.

Good for photography and video

Flicker from LED lighting is often not visible to the naked eye. This does not mean it is not there. With a camera you can see the flicker. Flicker-free LED lighting is ideal for photography. Because there is no flicker, no blurry stripes or other unwanted effects are created in your photos.

Installation of the LED panel: simple and flexible

This LED panel is suitable for various mounting options.

• System ceiling: Simply place the panel in your system ceiling with 30x120cm tiles.

How many LED panels do you need?

The number of LED panels you need depends on the height and size of your space.

At a height of 2.7 meters, this panel illuminates about 8 m². So for a space of 80 m² you basically need 10 panels.

There are a few more factors you can consider:

• Desired light intensity: How much light do you want in the space? For office spaces, a light intensity of 500 lux is recommended, for example.
• Type of LED panel: The light output of LED panels can vary. So look carefully at the specifications of the panel you want to buy.

Experience the benefits of edge-lit LED lighting

Our edge-lit LED panels feature an ultra-flat design of only 11.3 mm. In edge-lit LED panels, the LED chips are located at the edges of the panel. The light is guided through a special diffuser plate, which evenly illuminates the panel.
